Valley Pediatric Dentistry
At Valley Pediatric Dentistry our goal is to make sure every child has a positive and pleasant dental visit. We are a pediatric dental office, which means our dentist went under specialty training to care for infants, children and teens. Our practice takes a conservative approach to dentistry with a focus on preventative care.
We have tailored our practice to treat our patients as comfortably as possible. The best compliment for us is when children look forward to their dental visits. We look forward to meeting you and your child.
Dr. Bains is the father of three wonderful children, two daughters and a son, and a pediatric dentist with over a decade of experience. His focus is on providing personalized care for every patient, with an emphasis on preventative care.
Dr. Bains graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in psychobiology. He then attended the University of California, San Francisco for his dental degree (DDS). Following this, he obtained his pediatric training at New York University. He is board-certified through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Pediatric dentists have had 2-3 years of additional, specialized training to care for young children and adolescents. From the first tooth to adolescence, we help your child develop a healthy smile and manage situations that are unique only to children.
Our office is designed to ease nervous children (and their parents!) with a kid-friendly atmosphere. We take extra time to understand the personality of each child and our team works hard to accommodate every personality.
Valley Pediatric Dentistry is here to help guide you and your child on their dental journey. Serving pediatric dentistry to all of Modesto, CA. Contact us today to learn more about what makes us unique and a great place for kids!
We will always choose the most conservative treatment options available to your child, and we seek to use non-invasive procedures whenever possible. However, there are times when your child may need to be sedated to care for them properly. Ultimately, their safety and comfort are our utmost concern.
We offer a range of sedation options such as Nitrous oxide, sometimes called “laughing gas”, or IV sedation for more complex treatments that require deeper sedation. We offer nitrous oxide in office and for patients that require hospital sedation, we are able to treat patients at Kaiser, Memorial Medical Center (Sutter) and Tower Surgery Center. Your child’s comfort and safety are important to us.
